diablo 4 items Collector's Editions are already sent out to Diablo partners and content creators, giving us our first glimpse of the coveted collectible items.

Diablo partner and streamer Wudijo is seemingly the first to get their mitts on the edition. Better yet, they recorded their first impressions from the collection in an unboxing video on YouTube to ensure we can admire it vicariously. You can check out below:

Diablo 4

There are three editions up for pre-order currently. The most expensive version, the Collector's Edition, includes a host of other collectibles, including a skill book, a recreation in the Candle of Creation (albeit an exceptionally convincing electric one, so that it can be used anywhere safely), in addition to a mouse pad, a collectible pin, two striking art prints, plus a stunning cloth map of Sanctuary.

And it's really a chunky boy, too. As Wudijo demonstrates, it visited a huge box (which has a label saying "Do not ship before 1st June 2023"; hopefully, this is a cheeky joke!) and also the contents lovingly preserved in a very sizeable chest because of the Diablo-themed livery you'd expect.

Wudijo stopped less than sharing much from the art book for anxiety about imparting accidental spoilers, but he did require a couple of moments to flick thru the 300+ page tome to show off some of the artwork within (thanks, PCGN).

After somewhat back and fore along with a lot of confusion, Blizzard has confirmed you won't ever have to complete the diablo 4 items campaign to unlock mounts, in fact.

Diablo Global community developer director Adam Fletcher recently flagged on Twitter a blog post that initially said mounts would not be available until following the campaign is tweaked. Now, it reads that they can be unlocked through completing a questline "as you progress naturally over the main story campaign".

We also recently determined that Diablo 4's Nightmare dungeons will scale beyond level 100, but Blizzard says there's a final boss encounter that's built to be your character's capstone. Consequently, the developer says that Diablo 4 "isn't should have been played forever".
